Cancellation Policy
Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. We do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online or over the phone in all locations. in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule and appointment we ask that you kindly give at least a 24 hour notice. if the appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour mark no charge will be made. if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 24 hour mark a 50% charge will be incurred. if you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge a full 100% of the services booked.
